The public pages of this website are informational. They do not require an account and do not collect personal information from visitors beyond what is needed to serve the pages.

A single preference cookie stores your chosen language so the site opens in the same language next time. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

The grades and lecturer portals

Signing in to the grades or lecturer portal requires a university email address. A sign-in link is emailed to you and a session cookie is set so you stay signed in. Academic records shown there are held by the university and governed by its records policy.

Third-party content

The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, and news and event articles are served from the department's content management system. Loading them involves requests to those services.
